Thick Mil Coatings Removal |
Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD)
- The sharksteeth PCD is used for the removal of thick mil coatings such as: double broadcast, trowel downs, slurries and thinset. PCDs are available for use with plug stone holders, universal tool plates and speed shift plates.

Epoxy Cutter
- The Epoxy Cutter BED is available in the blue bond. This formulation has an increased diamond concentration to sustain longer tool life when removing thin mil coatings such as: thin film epoxy, carpet glue and mastics. Epoxy Cutters are available for use with plug stone holders, universal tool plates and speed shift plates.

Epoxy Shaver (PCD)
- The Epoxy Shaver PCD is best when used for thin film removal where a strong profile is required to the substrate. (A much stronger profile than epoxy cutter disks). Epoxy Shavers are ideal for hard troweled concrete where an aggressive stone is required to break through the surface. The epoxy shavers also go by the name Trowel Busters. Epoxy Shavers are available for use with plug stone holders, universal tool plates and speed shift plates.

- The Beveled Edge Disc grinding system is an innovative solution for your grinding needs. The beveled edge is optimal for climbing over joint edges and aggregate without sprawling the edges of the material or the disc. The BED system works great for grinding terrazzo. Advantages to the BED system are: less stone pull and much less tool and machine vibration.
BEDs are available in 11 specifications. The various specifications are suited to different size machines when grinding varying types of material. BEDs are available for use with plug stone holders, universal tool plates and speed shift plates.

Generic Conversion Plate |
- The Speed Shift Disc system is an innovative approach to attaching diamond tools to the working machine plates. The speed shift configuration consists of a series of compound angles which lock into themselves, thus, eliminating the need for the traditional plug stone type of holder plate. The speed shift discs DO NOT fall off the plates.
The Speed Shift Disc system, as developed by RDTI, is the single most advanced design for connecting all of the BED and PCD attachments to the plates under the machine in an expeditious manner.

- Metal/Resin Diamond pads offer all the benefits of a smooth
resin matrix diamond pad with the advantage of long life and
aggressiveness associated with metal matrix diamond stones. For use:
- After rough grinding, to start closing the floor for polishing.
- Start with to open up a floor for polishing. (When Polishing Only)
- Great for grout removal.
Metal/Resin diamond polishing pads are a handy accessory to compliment any Terrco machine.

The XB95 FLAT is a special shape of the XB90 formula, which is available in 30 grit only. It has been designed for use on the Terrco models 3100 and 6200 when removing elastomeric coatings such as pedestrian or traffic deck coatings. They are also exceptional on very abrasive soft concrete. The XB95 FLAT is only available for the speed shift system.

"S" Shoes are for flat floors where there is no lippage at all. They are extremely efficient at opening up power troweled floors, where the surface tension is very tight due to the troweling process. They are also very effective at grinding very hard materials when using low horsepower machines. They come is six different bonds; powder blue, white, yellow, red, blue and silver. Along with bond hardness there are also four grit sizes available; 20, 40, 80 and 120/150. "S" shoes come set up exclusively for the patented speed shift system.

The Y16 is a 3-4 or 6 segment disc available in 16 grit only and used for aggressive prep to concrete. They are very aggressive and leave a very heavy scratch pattern. Terrazzo contractors like these for the prep of concrete under the different terrazzo systems. The deep scratches make a great surface for material to bond to.

Cup Wheels come in a variety of different styles and grit sizes. Some are designed for general use while others are created for specific applications. As with diamond stones the bond hardness plays an important role when selecting a cup wheel, to see the most life out of your cup wheels a bond hardness should be selected based on the "hardness" of the material you're grinding. Another option to keep in mind, with some cup wheels you have up to three grit sizes to choose from. Cup wheels have been designed to fit a variety of hand grinders along with the Terrco Edger and Flex-Shaft machines. The standard sizes range from 4" to 7" with some of the cup wheels reaching 10" diameters. A velcro backing pad is available to allow for the use of resin polishing pads.
